What file formats can I import?
Drivant supports Excel (.xlsx, .xls), CSV, TSV, GPX, KML, GeoJSON, and Drivant project files (.dvnt). Column mapping is automatic — just import your spreadsheet and Drivant will detect address columns.
What export formats are available?
Free and Standard plans can export CSV and .dvnt files. Pro plans add Excel (with embedded route maps), GPX, KML, GeoJSON, and printable driver manifests.
How does the Route Builder work?
The Route Builder (Pro feature) uses K-means++ clustering to automatically group stops into balanced routes, then optimizes each route's stop order using a TSP solver. You set constraints like max stops per route and vehicle capacity, and it builds all routes at once.
Can I use Drivant in a web browser?
Yes — cloud access via web browser is available on the Pro plan. The desktop app is free for all plans. Visit app.drivant.com to sign in (Pro required).
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Account & Billing in the app, then click "Manage Subscription." This opens the Stripe billing portal where you can cancel, change your plan, or update your payment method. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All communication is encrypted via HTTPS. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Project data is stored in cloud storage with encryption at rest. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see your card number. See our Privacy Policy for details.
