Is the free plan really free?
Yes. The Free plan is free forever, no credit card required. You get 1 project, 3 routes, 100 stops per route, 1 driver, plus the branded driver PWA subdomain. There is no trial period and no expiration.
Is white-label really free on every tier?
Yes. Every Drivant customer, including the Free tier, gets a branded driver PWA at yourcompany.drivant.com with their logo, icon, app name, and theme color. Is Drivant Dispatch a full dispatch platform?
No. Drivant Signal Dispatch is a driver companion and route intelligence layer, not a full TMS. It closes the gap between route planning and drivers delivering. For warehouse management or 3PL-scale carrier orchestration, use a dedicated TMS. Are there per-driver or per-stop fees?
No. Drivant is per-seat, not per-stop. Each tier includes a capacity of drivers, dispatchers, editors, and viewers. Teams customers can add extra seats past the included count via per-seat overage — $12/driver, $19/dispatcher, $29/editor, $9/viewer. We never meter by stops, tasks, or volume.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades keep your access until the end of the current billing period. Month-to-month or annual — your choice. No long-term contracts.
What is Fleetfully and when is it available?

What is the difference between Standard and Pro?
Standard ($29/mo) fits small operations — up to 200 stops per route, 10 projects, 5 drivers, 1 dispatcher, Signal Dispatch, and Excel export. Pro ($79/mo) is for growing logistics teams — unlimited stops/routes/projects, 25 drivers plus 3 dispatchers, HERE truck routing, schedule optimization, satellite view, browser access, encrypted export, and all export formats.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves approximately 17% compared to monthly. Standard is $290/year ($24/mo), Pro is $790/year ($66/mo), and Teams is $1,490/year ($124/mo).
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through Stripe. Annual plans are billed as a single payment. All prices in USD.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
You never lose data. If you hit a limit, you'll be prompted to upgrade to a higher plan or (on Teams) add per-seat overage at $12/driver, $19/dispatcher, $29/editor, or $9/viewer. Existing data stays accessible regardless of plan changes.
